SIXTY

60 seconds of functional training per station. Just like the name indicates, this is intense and you’re working for 60 seconds straight at each station. Work periods are short and breaks are even shorter, that will keep your heart rate up, have you sweating and burning calories. Our 60 class will use plyometric movements, cardio and lifting to really get your metabolism boosted.

TUESDAY

SCULPT UPPER

Sculpt is one of our core classes we’ve been running since we opened. Recently we’ve split up Sculpt to make it a Sculpt upper body focused workout and a Sculpt lower body focused workout. Sculpt Upper is still a full body workout with an 80% focus on upperbody. Each class has a mix of resistance and cardio to ensure you’re not only sculpting your arms but burning calories too.

SPARTAN

This is Sparta!!!! Here you'll be lifting heavy weights and working on compound movements with intensity and purpose. Each session has a great mix of strength and conditioning and will have you achieving things you never thought possible. If you're looking to train like an athlete and a serious challenge, look no further.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is fun and will get you sweating. These sessions are designed to teach you kickboxing technique and give you a great workout in the process. You’ll be punching, elbowing, kicking and kneeing your way to a fit body.

VENOM

Venom is the perfect mix of competition and cardio. This is a high energy class that will challenge your conditioning. Venom has crossfit elements, leaving you to compete with yourself as you try to finish as fast as you can to earn a longer break.
