Welcome to Champions Week!

Champions Week is not just any ordinary event; it's a dynamic series of week long challenges designed to test the mettle of teams and determine who emerges as the ultimate champion. For several weeks per season, teams consisting of TBF members gather to showcase their fitness and determination.

As the season progresses, every point earned in previous challenges are tallied. At the grand culmination of the season, we crown the one true victor - the Season Nine Champion.

Next Champions Week Challenge date September 30th - October 4th

• Challenge: Atlas Stone Challenge

• Competition Format: - Competitors will start with the slam ball on the ground (40lbs women, 50lbs men), Pick the ball up and place it on top of the two boxes at a 48” height. Reps are counted by placing the ball on the box and rolling it to touch the wall. Once it touches the wall on one end of the box, you roll it back to it’s starting position on the ground. Complete as possible in 1 minute.

• Tie Breaker: If there is a tie, the tie breaker will be who got a better time in the burpee challenge.

• How To Sign Up: The Champions Week Challenge will be added to the schedule during the week of September. 30th. Simply schedule yourself in like you would any class.
